Our database of recipes are chock-full of the rich, fuel-providing nutrients your body needs to hit each and every goal. Every recipe is athlete tested and approved. BRONZE LEVEL BENEFITS:

  • You pick your sport type, your training period, your goal body weight/composition, and we’ll design the appropriate nutrition plan for you. The nutrition plan will include daily caloric goals with specific carbohydrate, fat, and protein targets.
  • Each day you’ll have the ability to choose your breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner for the day or up to the whole week.
  • Based on the recipes you choose, the program will keep track of your daily calories and macronutrients.
  • You’ll have the ability to scale the recipes to meet your family or lifestyle needs.

SILVER LEVEL BENEFITS:

  • You pick your sport type, your training period, your goal body weight/composition, and we’ll design the appropriate nutrition plan for you. The nutrition plan will include daily caloric goals with specific carbohydrate, fat, and protein targets.
  • Each day you’ll have the ability to choose your breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner for the day or up to the whole week.

Because Cristina is an endurance athlete herself, she knows how to fuel, and what it feels like when you aren’t fueled correctly.  To her, no food group is an enemy.  In fact, she likes to tell me that “food is fuel.”  I especially liked that it felt safe to disclose my past history with disordered eating, so she could help me figure out how to eat for nutrition and to lay down some of the baggage.
